The Pinewood is a lovely bungalow offering everything you need in a home at a great value. The model features a covered porch and comes standard with a 1 car garage but the option to upgrade it. This home comes with main floor laundry, and a large kitchen leading right into the great room. The kitchen features a walk-in pantry, while the great room is highlighted with a terrace door, leading to your backyard. The Pinewood has 2 bedrooms, including a grand master bedroom with a walk-in closet. The basement has plenty of room for a future family room.
