The Mayfair at 1,232 sq. ft., provides easy living all on one floor. The Mayfair is a 2 bedroom home, with the master bedroom including a spacious walk-in closet and cheater ensuite. The main floor is complete with a breakfast bar in the kitchen, main floor laundry, and the choice of a 1.5 or 2 car garage. The model also offers a layout choice of front or rear living space.
