✅ Shut off the water to exterior faucets and drain the lines

Cathy remained supportive and offered honest, thoughtful advice throughout.
The design phase with Debbie was also fantastic—she listened to what we wanted, gave great advice, and was upfront and honest about what would work best. We never felt rushed or pressured, and every step of the process felt well-organized and transparent.
