Shout out to the Canadian Home Builders’ Association Advocacy, as they were very successful in recent months, putting housing affordability front and centre on the political radar. The results of the efforts showed in the 2019 Federal Budget tabled on March 19th, as housing affordability and a new First-Time Home Buyer Incentive program were the lead highlight.
