The Danbridge model is a side split plan, offering you 2,144 sq. ft. of living space. The great room boasts 12’ ceilings, with decorative columns added for that special touch. The dining and kitchen area complete the first level of the home. The upper level features 3 bedrooms, with a bathroom, an Ensuite and walk-in closet to complete the master. The third level offers an enormous family room, with a bathroom and 4^th bedroom. The home continues to the lower level where you will find plenty more space. The Danbridge does not disappoint!

To be built. Prices vary by elevation. Elevations are artist renderings and may show optional items. Renderings are subject to finish packages and selections to the specific unit.

The Danbridge will be built to ENERGY STAR® specifications and Net Zero Ready.
